The Allround-Line satisfies strictest demands and performs superior test tasks. Add-ons are available and harmonized with the test machines for clear-cut operability.
For optimum harmonization with the requirements of your test, the Allround-Line offers a variety of load frames, e.g. table-top or floor machines, with different maximum forces up to 250 kN, various heights and widths, or even with a second test area. And, of course, accessories like safety shields, temperature chambers, and further test equipment are also available in a wide range to meet your particular needs.
The test machines from the Allround-Line can also be operated with or without a PC as desired. The operation with standard PCs (no additional card necessary) and the test software testXpert® offers you the highest operating comfort, efficient data analysis and statistics, and performant networking functionality.
The test machines are all equipped with our proprietary electronics console testControl.
The mechanics of these test machines are distinguished by its extremely rigid guide profile with concentric guide axis. The play-free guide and the ball lead screw ensure low wear and operating comfort in tensile and compression modes. A reliable operation for tests in industrial environments or when testing brittle materials such as fiberglass-reinforced plastics is guaranteed by the integrated lead screw and guide protectors. Additionally the profile of these CE-conform machines enables accessories (e.g. tables) to be mounted for greater ease of use.
The digital technology drive system features a high control range. Only robust, industrial drives are used with a negligible thermal development (thus increasing the lifespan of the system), making them highly dynamic through position, velocity, and acceleration control. These drives are extremely low noise even at nominal speed at rapid crosshead return. | |
