Zwick 7101 manual cutting press

The Zwick 7101 manual cutting press is operated by an eccentric lever. The press is designed for mounting up to four cutting dies simultaneously. Centering templates for round and ring-shaped specimens are part of the standard equipment. It is also suitable for rectangular specimens up to 160 x 30 mm and squared specimens 75 x 75 mm (option).

Zwick 7108 pneumatic cutting press

The Zwick 7108 pneumatic cutting press allows higher cutting forces. Two-handed operation with a safety interlock and the fasteners for the cutting blades are part of the standard equipment.

ZCP 020 manual cutting press

The ZCP 020 manual cutting press employs the bent lever principle. Interesting detail solutions allow exact, energy-saving, and comfortable operation. The bent lever length was selected to achieve up to 30 % higher cutting force in the starting range compared to conventional presses.
This cutting press distinguishes itself through its operator friendly construction. It can be placed on any work or laboratory table or mounted at the optimal height on a sturdy wall.
In addition, particular emphasis was placed on a simple, quick, and exact height adjustment of the compression die for adapting to the varying installation heights of the different cutting blades.

Automatic notch cutting machine ZNO 2010

The Zwick ZNO 2010 notch milling machine is used to notch plastic specimens in accordance with the standards ASTM D 256, ASTM D 6110, EN ISO 179, EN ISO 180, and EN ISO 8256 (Charpy and Izod tests).

  • Progressively adjustable cutting speed and feed rate
  • Operator-friendly display allows rapid setting of new parameters
  • Manual setting of dimension to bottom of notch by means of fine screw thread adjuster
  • Plexiglass safety hood
  • Single-tooth polycristalline diamond milling cutter for optimal notch making
  • Connection for external compressed air for specimen cooling
  • Optional: Digital measuring device for checking the dimension to the bottom of the notch

Foil strip cutter

The Zwick foil strip cutter cuts up to 10 parallel specimen strips from approximately DIN A 4 size foils in one working process. The specimen strips are used to carry out tensile tests on foils.

Abrasion tester 6103

The Zwick 6103 abrasion tester is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 4649 and is used to determine the abrasive resistance of rubber and elastomers.
Abrasion testing according to these standards is performed on materials subject to abrasive wear in service.
This test method allows comparative measurements for checking the uniformity of specified products and its measured values are key parameters for the abrasive wear behavior of rubber and elastomers in practical applications
.

  • Versatile tester suitable for fixed or rotating specimens
  • Test distance adjustable (half the standard distance) for soft specimens
  • Automatic OFF when protective cover is raised or the test distance traveled
  • Thermal circuit-breaker prevents overloading
  • Specimen holder and adjustment gage for setting tolerance limit
  • Contact force 2.5 N to 10 N, variable via interchangeable weights
