Range of application

The latest generation of spring test devices are suitable for use in the production line, as well as in development/design and in incoming goods inspections.

A large spectrum of springs can be tested thanks to the large measurement range. These springs can be used in miniaturized, high-performance mechanical and mechatronic assemblies. Standard interfaces make it possible to connect additional measurement equipment such as dial gages, calipers, micrometers, and sensors.

PrecisionLine Manual.

  • The complete compression stress-strain characteristics are recorded without stopping at the measuring points (dynamic measurement of characteristics). The characteristic values are determined from the electronics’ measurement memory. This also allows additional characteristic values to be determined at a later time.
  • Rapid, simple operation without the need to set measuring stops
  • Two adjustable mechanical protection stops for the pre-stress lengths and the minimum permissible test length
